I’m 18 years old, a recent graduate of Montclair High School, and I’m in the class of 2029 at Union College studying English! I’ve been in therapy since I was 9, and had more intensive levels of care from 11-16 primarily due to struggles with Bipolar and PTSD. For the last two years I’ve been stable and thriving, writing essays for my YouTube channel, starting the philosophy club at MHS, making countless friends, and doing better than I ever have before!
My parents worked incredibly hard to get me into the various programs that helped in my recovery, but that process was difficult beyond belief.

My hope is to offer accurate and concise information for other caregivers to smooth out the process of getting your child the help they need.
